Partnership
Looking to go into business with someone else? A partnership can be a great way to operate. We can help you set up your partnership and ensure that you are operating in the most tax efficient way from the very start. If you are already running a partnership then we can assist you with all of the accounting and tax requirements so you can focus on running your business.

LLP
A limited liability partnership is a partnership whereby the partners have limited liability, that is, they are not personally liable for the debts of the business. LLPs also have some further filing responsibilities such as submission of abbreviated accounts and a confirmation statement. Sound a little confusing? Don’t worry, we will recommend whether an LLP is the best structure for you and can complete all of the necessary paperwork and filing if it is.
